The Sales and Telesales Advanced Level Apprenticeship is for those working in the sales sector and who wish to develop their skills and gain an industry-recognised qualification at the same time. The course is tailored to the job role and applies to a wide variety of sectors including retail, membership, telesales, contact centres, agencies and business development. This Advanced Level 3 programme is for those working in any of the following roles or roles similar to these: sales consultant / supervisor, sales manager, telesales professional, salesperson, building society manager, credit manager, customer service manager, insurance broker, contact centre operator, customer service manager, estate agent, travel agent, vehicle sales executive.
Apprenticeships are made up of framework of qualifications and training based on testing competency and developing practical, occupational and transferable skills.
PRACTICAL/COMPETENCY ELEMENT
Edexcel Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Sales
Mandatory Units:
• Complying with legal, regulatory and ethical requirements in a sales or marketing role
• Negotiating, handling objections and closing sales.
Choose from a range of optional units to enhance your learning experience and tailor the programme to your individual training needs.
TECHNICAL/KNOWLEDGE ELEMENT
City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Sales
TRANSFERABLE SKILLS:
• Functional Skills in Maths Level 2 and English Level 2
• Employment Rights and Responsibilities workbook
• Personal Learning and Thinking Skills
This apprenticeship takes 20 months to complete and has a flexible start date.
