Donghua University is a multi-disciplinary university located in Shanghai, with a wide range of undergraduate and graduates degree programs in engineering, economics, management, literature and art, laws, science, and education.

It is important to say that Shanghai is known as an international metropolis in Asia, reason why many students join their campus, looking for a great academic experience surrounded by people from all over the world.

What can you study at Donghua?

  • Undergraduate programs: there are up to 58 different programs, some of them taught in English. You can get your bachelor’s degree in mar Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Act and more.
  • Postgraduate programs: Donghua offers master’s and doctoral degree programs. You will be able to choose your favourite; it could be Fashion design, Chemical Engineering, Mathematics, or English and Japanese languages, among other subjects.

Visa details

International students need to apply to the visa-issuing authorities in order to enter to China. So, if you’ve been admitted to Donghua University, you’ll need to apply to the local Chinese Embassy or Consulate for X1 or X2 visa to enter the country.

Scholarships

Donghua University is one of the key universities under the ministry of Education of China, reason why it’s chosen to accept international students with scholarships. Every year, this university accepts almost 100 scholarships from international students that want to do either undergraduate or postgraduate degrees.

You can apply to the scholarships from the beginning of January to the beginning of April. Apply to the designated dispatching authorities for overseas study of your home country, e.g., Chinese Embassy or Consulates, NOT TO Donghua University. Please visit www.campuschina.org
