About this course
To enable candidates to develop and understanding of the purpose of a HACCp system.
The features and terminology of HACCP and HACCp system is applied in the workplace.
It is intended for all food handlers in catering and manufacturing and for food handlers including those not working in supervisory roles.
it is intended for those working or preparing to work in food businesses where a food safety management system based on Codex HACCP principles is implemented.
This is a level 2 HACCP course. Ideally candidates should have a minimum level 2 in food safety and a minimum level 1 in literacy. Assessment is by a 30 question multiple choice paper in English.
