Course programme

  • NVQ – Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Customer Service.
  • Technical Certificate – Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service.
  • Functional Skills/GCSE’s or equivalent – GCSE in Mathematics and English at Grades A-C or Functional Skills at Level 1. Prior learning will be assessed and Apprentices supported to work towards the correct level of Mathematics and English required.
