You will also complete a Technical Certificate through the completion of a workbook and sitting and on-line multiple choice exam.  You will be required to attend College to sit exams and complete any Function Skills if needed.

Good communication skills and professional handling of customer enquiries is key. An Apprenticeship can help you to develop these skills so that you can work comfortably when dealing with people. A wide variety of skills are needed for the Customer Services Apprenticeship, including identifying customers and what they value.
