The following are examples of the types of dishes likely to be prepared on this course.
- Calvados camembert & wild mushroom pastry amuse
- Moules a la mariniere
- Gratinated goats cheese & walnut salad, claret poached pears
- Noisettes of lamb, dauphinoise potatoes, french beans, carrot puree & redcurrant jus
- Normandy apple tarte tatin with vanilla creme fraiche
The classes run from 9.30am to 2.30pm. All students receive a glass of bubbly as well as an exclusive Baumanns Cooking Academy apron as
a memento of their day.
