Course content:
A one day introduction to Customer Services course which will prepare you for working in a customer service/retail environment. The course will cover: effective communication skills, presenting a professional image and handling complaints. Courses run 9:00-5:00 on 12th, 17th, 19th and 24th July 2007.

All students have access to our fully equipped state of the art learning centre. This included free internet access.

Fees Info
The fee where stated is an 'INCLUSIVE FEE' for UK/EU students. This fee includes the tuition fee, examination fee and exam board registration fee. You may have to pay extra for materials for the course. If you are under 19 years or you are in receipt of an income related benefit the course and exam fee is FREE. Students aged 60+ years pay 70% of this fee. Students aged 19+ will also have to pay a College Registration Fee of £30 (or £20 if you receive benefit) once per academic year.
