The following are examples of the type of dishes likely to be prepared on this course.
- Quail & sour cherry filo amuse
- Venison medallions, herb spatzle, winter mushroom sauce
- Wood pigeon, crushed apple & thyme, rosti potato
- Wild duck (mallard), quails egg & bacon salad
- Breast of pheasant, pickled red cabbage
The classes run from 9.30am to 2.30pm. All students receive a glass of bubbly as well as an exclusive Baumanns Cooking Academy apron as
a memento of their day.
