The global pandemic has impacted everyone. But not equally.
For some, there has been an experience of feeling unable to cope or extreme overwhelm for the first time with the on-going Covid restrictions, the whole uncertainty of things, fear of job loss or financial worries.
COVID-19 has had an undeniable impact on our daily lives.
For others, whether it was COVID-19 worries or not, they have a desire to better manage their stress and to improve their overall wellbeing to live a more positive and healthy life.
This course provides a wonderful journey of discovery with practical ways to better manage stress through developing a positive mindset, meditation, mindfulness and relaxation techniques. The course provides information on understanding stress, what is is and what causes it. It also explains what happens in your body when you are stressed and how to spot the signs of stress both internally and externally. The course then goes onto to provide ways in which to manage stress in a healthy and positive way through a positive mindset, meditation, mindfulness and relaxation techniques. Finally, the course concludes with a module on "Brand You" which is about living authentically.
