The Apprenticeships are primarily aimed at individuals whose job role is dedicated to customer service as an occupation, for example Intermediate Apprentices may be Customer Service Trainees, Call Centre Officers and Assistants and Representatives/Agents
What will I study ?Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service. Level 1 English, Maths and ICT.
How will I be assessed ?Coursework, on the job assessment and online exams
