We invited Eskil Training to deliver a workshop at our conference last year and I must congratulate ourselves for this decision. The two days I spent with you in London were so good for me because I could start to understand where the stress was coming from and then using CBT and Mindfulness to address it. The fact that time was taken for you to sit with each of us 1:1 really made a difference and I can’t recommend you highly enough.
