Her skills & ability to listen without judgement were evident when in session 4 people felt comfortable enough to volunteer and talk through their own mental health struggles in a (virtual) room of 15 strangers. It was a fun and informative training course & I will definitely keep the workbooks for reference in the future. The team was always available to help if I needed it.

Fahmida was always enthusiastic even when getting a team of strangers to interact was not dissimilar to trying to get a class of students to decide who wants to present their project first. Her skills & ability to listen without judgement were evident when in session 4 people felt comfortable enough to volunteer and talk through their own mental health struggles in a (virtual) room of 15 strangers. I truly enjoyed they showed us the existence separation about psychology and personality because I’ve never realized about that. Understanding not only my personality but the reason why I do some things based in my own psychology was a revelation. One more thing I liked was the tie between my personal time line and the cognitive behavioural therapy you taught us guys. Brilliant sessions.
