2. Course description The course has a variety of units to get you up to speed in professional cookery. Not only will you have the chance to work in ncn's kitchens and fully working restaurant but we are also in partnership with Capital FM Arena, who will offer you real work experience in; catering, crewing, event set-up, event management and front of house hospitality. Units you will study include how to prepare; - Starters - Meat - Fish - Poultry - Soups - Salads - Pastry You will also study; - Kitchen organisation - Customer service - Health & safety - Work skills. In the last two years our catering students have met; Jamie Oliver, Marco Pierre White and Sat Bains.
