Level 3 Award in Food Safety in Catering CIEH

What will you be learning?
This course replaces the Intermediate Certificate in Food Hygiene (CIEH) and is designed for managers and supervisors in medium and large manufacturing and catering businesses. You will study: Legislation; supervisory management; temperature control (chilling, cooking); cleaning; contamination control; applying and monitoring good hygiene practices; implementing good food safety procedures and contributing to the safety training of others. Assessment is by multiple-choice examination.
