Level 4 Professional Cookery

This course is intended as a starting point for those planning to take up a career as a professional chef. The course will work upon both theory and practical to give students an understanding of the industry.

35 weeks.

To give students an introductory understanding of professional cookery.  

There will be opportunities for work placements within the College canteen and restaurant.

For 2016-17 it was established that 86% of HN graduates at the College progressed into employment or further study.
