The two days with Eskil have already proved to be extremely useful to me. The assessment and feedback has given me a clear path for me to build my own emotional intelligence and also helps me to understand how to connect better with colleagues (and customers). When I think of all the times when we have had conflict in the office over what seems to be little things and how I am personally contributing to the conflict was painful but a great lesson.

The two days with Eskil have already proved to be extremely useful to me. The assessment and feedback has given me a clear path for me to build my own emotional intelligence and also helps me to understand how to connect better with colleagues (and customers).
