Is the course for me?
This course is for any adult saged 19+ and who live in the Warrington area. You will need to wear an apron and strong, non-slip shoes and bring a cooks knife. Each week the chef will advise on any commodities you may need to bring with you the following week.

What will I learn?
To increase confidence when planning and preparing for Christmas meals at home whether it be during the festive period or for the big day itself. Advice will be given on selecting quality produce, on menu planning, timings and tips on food presentation. It is a hands-on course and each week following a demonstration from the 'guest' chef lecturer, you will prepare and cook two dishes including starters, main courses and desserts.

How will I be assessed?
Learners assess their own learning and discuss their progression/achievement with their tutor. There is no formal assessment for this course.
