The course was good and I had a nice time overall. They offered great training sessions which were loaded with bundle of positive energy. Tracey was a great trainer and she delivered PE course in an outstanding manner. I learned a lot, overall I am extremely impressed with high level of professionalism. Client meeting course was pretty amazing and I truly enjoyed every bit of it.

I truly enjoyed they showed us the existence separation about psychology and personality because I’ve never realized about that. Understanding not only my personality but the reason why I do some things based in my own psychology was a revelation. One more thing I liked was the tie between my personal time line and the cognitive behavioural therapy you taught us guys. Brilliant sessions.

I truly enjoyed they showed us the existence separation about psychology and personality because I’ve never realized about that. Understanding not only my personality but the reason why I do some things based in my own psychology was a revelation. One more thing I liked was the tie between my personal time line and the cognitive behavioural therapy you taught us guys. Brilliant sessions.

I attended the Leadership Masterclass with Action and Theory Ltd. I would highly recommed this course. We had an engaging tutor, changing the pace and direction to benefit the audience but still keeping on track. He was a very open-minded person, willing to answering all our questions and he put effort in articulating his responses. Apart from the instructor, the course materials were excellent, easy to follow and well-structured.

The Leadership Masterclass was not only good for learning how to communicate effectively with people from your team, but also an eye-opening. This course was very helpful and educational. The instructor was amazing. He helped us understand how to change our language to match the person/people we communicate with and how to motivate them in a workplace situation. Action and Theory has proven to be an excellent provider and I would highly recommend them.

For the first time in probably ever, I took time to look at my psychology and behaviours and how this impacted my personal brand as the leader / ambassador for my company. I have already expressed interest in two of your other short courses!

The Coaching Skills for Leaders is an excellent course. The tutor was very knowledgeable and able to pass that knowledge on to others. He was able to get everyone involved in the group, checked for understanding and provoked thought and delivered his message with clarity and conviction. The materials were all very clear and easy to understand. A 10 out of 10!

The Coaching Skills for Leaders is an extremely useful course. I particularly appreciated the role play practice for the coaching techniques. The tutor is an experienced, knowledgeable and perceptive facilitator. I would recommend this course for anyone who needs to communicate with others, particularly on a one-to-one basis. The two days I spent with you in London were so good for me because I could start to understand where the stress was coming from and then using CBT and Mindfulness to address it.
