We believe that the sales administration team is an integral part of the sales department but in looking at our own rivals we appear to be the only sales training company in Ireland offering a course for the sales support. The reason why we know that the sales support team is so important is for this very simple reason, a salesperson can have all the knowledge, technology, best offering but what they can't have is more time, they like everyone else has 24 hours each day and 7 days a week.



If a salesperson is spending time on administration (which has its place) but at the expense of converting sale’s, we do not believe that is a high pay-off activity for the salesperson.



Every business has its own reporting and administration systems but often they have been created from a financial or operations perspective. We help sales support people to recognise where duplication is, how spreadsheets and documents can be leveraged to give the best data.



We train salespeople to know how to communicate with both prospects and clients, the level of information they need.
