Course programme

Given our overall question 'what is it to be social?', we will examine the following facets of Social Interaction:
Influence & Persuasion
Relationships & Groups
Pro & Anti-social behaviour
and the following facets of Social identity:
Social Cognition
Attitudes & Prejudice.

A combination of short presentations with slides & videos, group work, study activities such as questionnairres and thinking exercises, and class discussions.
