The SVQ level 3 is aimed at advisors within call centres the qualification assesses their ability to perform a number of activities undertaken in their job role. In addition they will demonstrate their knowledge as set out by the in the national standard for call centre advisors at level 3.
Course Structure and Delivery
To achieve SVQ Level 3 candidates must complete 2 mandatory units and 3 or 4 optional units, ( depending on the level of the optional Units)
