The Master in Global Event Management is well structured and it offers you the possibility of learning everything you need to know about events. I'm very happy I did this Master degree and I keep a lovely memory from that time I lived in London. I would repeat the experience if I could! Thank you.

I am a Revenue Manager at a hotel in London and had the pleasure to attend this course along with sales and reservations team . It provided a great overview on revenue management. It explained the basics and how important it is to be able to properly track every booking and cancellation that comes through. It helped create a revenue culture within the office and gave an insight on what my role within the company is. I, on the other hand was introduced to forecast templates which have been in use ever since and work perfectly well. I also learned how to manage group business more efficiently. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience that set me off to a great start in revenue.
