I have attended so many training events but have always gone away feeling that it was a nice distraction but not a lot of value. This program is the exception. For the first time in probably ever, I took time to look at my psychology and behaviours and how this impacted my personal brand as the leader / ambassador for my company. I recommend this course to anyone looking to improve their assertiveness skills. Having recently started up my own company, I decided that I needed to brush up on my assertiveness and communication techniques. This course will provide you with an indepth understanding of what being assertive really means and help you to put your foot forward on the journey to becoming more assertive.
Excellent course with clear content, high quality material and a friendly flexible approach. Very useful.

The two days I spent with you in London were so good for me because I could start to understand where the stress was coming from and then using CBT and Mindfulness to address it. The fact that time was taken for you to sit with each of us 1:1 really made a difference and I can’t recommend you highly enough.
