I'm still struggling to get my exam. I did my training over a week ago in Loughbourough but as it is a long way to travel i was told i could do my exam in either Leeds or Sheffield. I have phoned everyday for a place and time to do my exam and am still no wiser to when or where i'm doing it. Mark Brearley, February 2013

The course material was comprehensive, relevant and easy to understand. The teacher was cooperative in asking and answering queries but his accent was too fast to catch. venue was also comfortable in terms of class environment and basic facilities.
What could be improved
We were told that we should receive the certificates after a week which I have not received even after a month. And there is looking a communication gap when I inquire about the certificate. Fazal Mabood, April 2013
