What does the course involve?:

At the end of the course candidates will be able to:

· Understand the importance of negotiation and persuasion in sales

· Identify a collaborative approach to sales, win/win approaches and facilitative sales - helping the buyer to buy

· Have an overview of the rules of negotiation

· Understand the needs of the client including the Psychology of buying, motivations sales blockers and hot buttons.

· Diagnosing, understanding and checking the needs and risks to buyer

· How to appeal to different types of decision makers.

· Identify different levels and motivators of decision makers, and make sure you are working with the correct one.

· Understand 5 Types of decision maker - and their traits
  • Use a variety approaches to persuade decision makers including sensory attractions, left and right hand brain.
