About this course

Progression and Employment:
This course will provide the learner with the opportunity of gaining employment in the catering and hospitality industry as commis/trainee chef. However, if the learner wishes to continue further with their studies, the course is designed to allow natural progression onto the VRQ Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery and VRQ Level 2 Diploma in Professional Food and Beverage Service, provided the have achieved a merit in their overall craft and service assessment.
