We deceide that all frontline staff would benefit from undertaking this qualification -we negotiated this with SDL and decided on appropriate units to be taken including an extra unit that was over and above the full qualification but was very useful to us as a business. SDL were there to support and also to advise throughout and we are extremely pleased with the service and that all the staff now have a level 3 - it has and will continue to help our business.
