This is a modular, credit-based qualification.
31 credits must be completed from the following Mandatory Units:
- Organise and deliver customer service - Understand the customer service environment- Understand customers and customer retention- Principles of business- Manage personal and professional development- Resolve customers' problems
The remaining credits can be completed from any of up to 30 optional units selected from the awarding body's database. These are bespoke and selected to suit the learner's needs and requirements!
