The course features interactive exercises and reference which cover the full HABC Level 1 Syllabus.

Since 1999 'Foundation Food Safety' has been the UK's leading food safety training e-learning course. Our recipe for success with this programme was to include the most relevant content and present this in an interactive way.

It causes us great distress when we see our competition produce low-budget courses, which are basically 'PowerPoints on screen'. The result for clients is that delegates do not enjoy the training and this invariably leads to a very poor uptake and low success rate. By replacing page after page of boring text with interactive and fun exercises thet created a highly effective Level 1training tool that maximises understanding of the subject.
