Your Apprenticeship Qualification may enable you to progress to the following qualifications and you may be able to gain credit for the work you have already done.
• Advanced Apprenticeship
• Management NVQ Level 4
• Foundation Degree
• Professional Associate Membership of The Institute of Customer Service


Technical Certificate: Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service
You will complete this supporting qualification to ensure you have the required knowledge to work in your chosen sector. For this part of your programme you will complete two assignments and sit a multiple choice test. Learners must achieve 2 mandatory units to a total of 13 credits.

Mandatory units
• Delivery of effective customer service – 6 credits
• Supporting the customer service environment – 7 credits
Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Customer Service

You will need to achieve a minimum value of 28 credits, as follows:

Mandatory units
• Communicate using customer service language – 4 credits
• Follow the rules to deliver customer service – 4 credits
Plus a further 20 credits from the optional units listed in the standards.
