What I would highlight:
I was emphatically astonished with the nature of the course, coach, space and the whole affair. Much superior to expected and unquestionably awesome worth for cash. Profoundly suggested the knowledge Academy trust me it was not my first expert instructional class.

What I would highlight:
I am pleased to state that I passed, yet this was not because of the preparation, it was because of me packing as much into my head in 4 days as I could. The Agile book says that people learn in various ways and including pictures is fundamental, however this preparation scarcely had a visuals. Taking just words in, in such a brief span is extremely troublesome. After this experience it is far-fetched that I would utilize the knowledge academy once more.
What could be improved:
Firstly I had a few issues with booking the course.
I took the Agile Practitioner 4 day course, we had 2 days of fundamentally having the book read to us, then a day with a ridicule establishment exam, trailed by our own opportunity to change then the genuine exam, the most recent day was again to recall the exam, trailed by correction time and after that the genuine exam.

I found that Henrique was a fantastic coach, he delivered Prince 2 in a way that made it intriguing and valuable, and I cleared the Practitioner exam. I truly prescribe him as a mentor.

Deplorably I booked an Office 365 training with them.
Customer service and correspondence is likely the most exceedingly terrible I have ever experienced.
They did not inform anything concerning the course unless I have asked, they sent a virtual learning stage login subtle elements which was not applicable to our course. On the day they gave us a classroom with no web connection which implied, the coach couldnot begin the course as a large portion of the preparation would require internet. His answer was a 3G dongle which was completely crazy.
After a short dialog he conceded this will not work and he can not convey the course and he offered to re-plan it for two weeks after the fact and affirm the area later (he said it will be some place in London).
Nothing unexpected I did not get any call so I reached them two working days before the preparation expected to begin.
