The two days I spent with you in London were so good for me because I could start to understand where the stress was coming from and then using CBT and Mindfulness to address it. The fact that time was taken for you to sit with each of us 1:1 really made a difference and I can’t recommend you highly enough.

I had tried to book a ticket for the full 3 days of the Eskil workshop on intrapreneurship but could not attend the first day. Eskil have broken down their full workshop into 3 separate days and so I attended the 2nd day. This is a very clever workshop that introduces you to a framework for developing your corporate entrepreneurs, taking into account executive, HR, IT, Finance and more. The whole day was focused on you building your own ecosystem and so the outcome can be easily measured. I would strongly advise people to attend. Delivered in both Arabic and English.

I had seen people from Eskil speaking at different events about intrapreneurship and wanted to go to one of their workshops. I attended two of their workshops and, as I am responsible for building the framework for intrapreneurs in our business, this was the more relevant one. It is very clever how Eskil introduce the principles of the framework and support you in building your own. We had been quoted over €40,000 to develop our framework and we paid less than €4,000 to do the same thing with Eskil. This is great value for money and should be well attended by all.

It was important that we develop a way to empower people to propose new ideas to the board and for us to have a mechanism in place to turn them into reality. The majority of our employees were going through change and we didn’t want this to overwhelm them. To achieve this, we commissioned Eskil to deliver their three-day workshop to the board. Broken into three separate days, we learned about the impact of intrapreneurship on the organisation and individuals, how to set out a framework to ensure success and also the theory behind their Intrapreneurship Canvas as a way to communicate ideas to the stakeholders. For us, the second day was crucial as it was highly strategic but members of our management team highly rated the third day which was more operational. If you are discussing the development of corporate entrepreneurs, I would recommend Eskil’s intrapreneurship workshops.

The Deploying Intrapreneurship program was informative and straight to the point which helped us not just in our work but also in our daily life. I already have my MBA and wanted to add psychology to my skills. After much research, I decided to invest in Eskil’s Leadership Psychology workshop, facilitated by people certified in assessing and coaching through emotional intelligence. This workshop is very useful to me. Their 360 degree assessment helped me to understand my own emotional intelligence and also how others in my organization see me. Further, the facilitators allocated a dedicated time to me to help me plan my personal development as well as my leadership development.

I have always been fascinated with emotional intelligence and mindfulness and wanted to understand how these can be applied in my life and my work. I also wanted to speak with the facilitators about how to encourage this in my organization. Eskil use British and Arabic facilitators so that there were never any problems with language and we could also discuss how different cultures see leadership. This was a very informative and demanding workshop and I greatly recommend it.

Using a business canvas, you are able to identify the issue, opportunities, pains & gains and the finances before working on a separate stakeholder map. The facilitators helped greatly in showing me how to build my canvas and to educate colleagues.

There are many workshops talking about the strategic aspect of intrapreneurship but I always felt that they were light on detail. The whole series of workshops by Eskil were well constructed, mixing strategy with practical ‘how-to’ approaches. The 3rd day was about the canvas and this, again, had outcomes that justified the time and money invested. I have a structured model for helping colleagues navigate through our organisation including political management, developing the business case, and mentoring the intrapreneur. Very well presented.

I am a junior strategist and needed to build my understanding of corporate strategy. My manager recommended Eskil to me as they delivered workshops in Arabic as well as English and I was able to speak to the company before the workshop so that they could tune some of the content for me. They also advised me of certain sources of information that would be useful to me and sent me their workbook in advance that had notes for all of the slides. I felt prepared for the workshop and did not feel uncomfortable. I learnt a lot on the workshop and was able to demonstrate my new knowledge to my manager on my return.

I have been assigned responsibility for looking at the overall strategy of our company, specialising in construction. Eskil gave us an option of different facilitators and we selected a French speaker to deliver four days to us. We completed over twenty exercises designed to build our corporate strategy including branding, positioning, pricing, etc. I really enjoyed the workshop but think we would have benefited from it being two sessions of two days each to give us an opportunity to absorb all the learning. When Eskil completes creating its workshop that also includes elearning, I will be sending my department on this program.

Some of the case studies used by the facilitators showed us that we weren't alone in trying to build a great team culture during times of change and the different psychology tools used really showed us a way forward. I personally think that this would be a great kick-off for using Eskil’s expertise in team building programs.

I truly enjoyed they showed us the existence separation about psychology and personality because I’ve never realized about that. Understanding not only my personality but the reason why I do some things based in my own psychology was a revelation. One more thing I liked was the tie between my personal time line and the cognitive behavioural therapy you taught us guys. Brilliant sessions.
