SDL were very friendly and also honoured all appointments and I always felt supported throughout. I enjoyed the course and would recommend this to anyone who is looking to get a national qualification in Customer Service. Many thanks to all of you.

We deceide that all frontline staff would benefit from undertaking this qualification -we negotiated this with SDL and decided on appropriate units to be taken including an extra unit that was over and above the full qualification but was very useful to us as a business. SDL were there to support and also to advise throughout and we are extremely pleased with the service and that all the staff now have a level 3 - it has and will continue to help our business.
