This course will provide you with a qualification and experience in a range of activities to equip you for working professional kitchens and food service operations in a wide range of catering establishments.

Transferable industry skills will also be given
to students who participate in the course, with
vital work experience with leading hospitality
businesses in the North West are an integral part
of the course.
Natural progression to Level 3 programmes can
then be taken when the course is fully achieved.

in Hospitality and to enhance your career
development. Essential Skills in Numeracy and
Literacy are also taught at level 2 as a fundamental
part of Recipe and menu engineering for the
hospitality industry.
