This course is made for people who want to learn how to cook, cut, and think, like a professional chef.
The first step of the course equips students with all the basic knowledge they need to know in order to enter any restaurant. This is closely followed by the live training inside the kitchen of one of our restaurant partners. Here students will have a chance to train as a member of the team, learn from real professionals in a structured environment

About this course

Age Requirements: Students must be a minimum of 16 years of age to enroll in cooking classes. For those younger than 18 will need a parent or guardian as a guarantor

Level of English Language: If English is not your first language, you must demonstrate an intermediate English language level.

Course programme

Students receive 75 hours training in our development kitchen with our qualified chef trainer. This crash course equips students with all the basic knowledge they need to know in order to enter any restaurant. This is closely followed by 250 hours inside the kitchen of one of our restaurant partners. Here students will have a chance to train as a member of the team, learn from real professionals in a structured environment and receive the training which will allow them to enter the cooking business straight away.
