I really enjoyed how Eskil approached this. There was an extensive amount of pre-work including consultation and assessments and the two facilitators had run organisations to over £100m so they really understood how to handle big business. The discussions around ethics were very interesting without getting too bogged down in details about governance and compliance. The focus on authenticity was very useful and the group discussions were invaluable. Definitely worth attending.

Two off us attended from our organisation as we were interested in psychology and behaviour and how leadership ethics would work in a growing market. The facilitators were fluent in French and this helped the workshop to feel more comfortable. The venue was exceptional and the evening meals with other delegates were a lot of fun. The 360 degree emotional intelligence is very useful and I have recommended that all of our board does this and the other Eskil workshops are attended.

I am part of a leadership development program, sent to an Eskil workshop with a foundation on psychology, behaviour and ethics. The content was very easy to grasp and the workbook had further information where required. I like that I have to demonstrate understanding before being awarded a certificate and hope that my exercise book was of the correct standard for my award!

I really enjoyed how Eskil approached this. This course is well balanced since it mixes coaching, practical cases and creative sessions with women around the world. The school is amazingly organized and have a great qualified staff. I consider this programme as a valuable experience that helped me understanding how it is to be a leader using my skills. I definitely recommend it.

This course was more than what I expected. It makes youo aware of the differences between men and women when it comes to communication, since we do it quite differently.
It helped me understanding my own communication style in order to be more effective as a leader.
What I liked the most was the practical advice on how to become a better negotiatior by listenning and getting rid of one's preconceptions. Excellent chance to make new relationships with other women from every background.

Brilliant workshop. Before attending, Eskil consulted with me to make sure that my objectives were taken into account. I then received a series of psychology assessments for completion before the workshop. The venue was very well presented and, on arrival, I received a beautiful delegate pack including luxury items, the workbook, exercise book, and feedback on my assessments. Everything about the workshop was of the highest order. I came away from this workshop understanding that my communications and behaviours are critical in the leadership of a business facing huge changes.

When Eskil started to speak to me a week before the workshop, I realised that this was going to be different to other training that I had attended in UAE and other parts of GCC. The facilitators were very well briefed, the content was focused on us carrying out many exercises and the case studies helped to explain key points. The venue and meals were of a high standard and the workbooks full of useful information. I feel that I earned my certificate!

I have attended many leadership workshops and was not sure what to expect from Eskil. I had spoken to their Concierge Team and have never been interviewed about why I am attending, what I am seeking to learn, and why I had chosen this specific workshop. The liaison was very efficient and the pack supplied to the delegates was the best that I have ever seen. The other delegates were operating at Director level and so the conversations were as valuable as the content and the facilitators. I have advised other directors in the organisation to consider Eskil’s workshops.
