The two days with Eskil have already proved to be extremely useful to me. The assessment and feedback has given me a clear path for me to build my own emotional intelligence and also helps me to understand how to connect better with colleagues (and customers). When I think of all the times when we have had conflict in the office over what seems to be little things and how I am personally contributing to the conflict was painful but a great lesson.

Everything about it was so professional: the content was all their own, the workbooks are brilliant for referencing information, and the individual assessment and feedback made it feel like the whole thing was focused on me and my objectives. The fact that time was taken for you to sit with each of us 1:1 really made a difference and I can’t recommend you highly enough.

I truly enjoyed they showed us the existence separation about psychology and personality because I’ve never realized about that. Understanding not only my personality but the reason why I do some things based in my own psychology was a revelation. One more thing I liked was the tie between my personal time line and the cognitive behavioural therapy you taught us guys. Brilliant sessions.

I have attended so many training events but have always gone away feeling that it was a nice distraction but not a lot of value. This program is the exception. For the first time in probably ever, I took time to look at my psychology and behaviours and how this impacted my personal brand as the leader / ambassador for my company.
