Dismal surroundings but trainer was a delight. Kept things moving at a good pace and understood that the emphasis should be placed on learning by doing. Lots of time left to practise and still left quite early.

I attended an Effective Time Management course. Our trainer David Williams was very good and quickly built a rapport with us. We learnt about time stealers and how to plan/ structure to help us on a daily basis to make the most of our time.
