Course programme

The Apprenticeship covers Units that are selected in consultation with you and your employer. The following are examples of Units you could study: Introduction to Food Safety & Hygiene Handling & Cleaning Knives Preparing, Cooking & Finishing Poultry, Fish, Meat, Vegetables, Rice, Pastry & Soup Dishes. You will be required to study a technical qualification at Bradford College. The duration of the Apprenticeship is usually one year.
