This Level 3 qualification is designed principally for those who are, or intend to be, supervisors of food handlers within the catering and hospitality industry. Suitable for: QA's, QM's, Auditors, supervisors, sole traders, purchasers, HACCP team members and many more.
About this course
Candidates will learn about food safety and hazard controls.
The aim of the course is to provide candidates with food safety knowledge, so they have the confidence in preparing food that is safe for consumption.
This course is for those working in food and drink and food packaging manufacturing companies, including sole traders.
Ideally level 2 food safety or basic food hygiene training and a minimum level 2 in English functional skills. .
