Thoroughly enjoyed the course and cannot praise my assessor and SDL Training enough. I have learnt so much and also have now got a recognised qualification that enables me to work and assess in the learning and development industry while basing it on my occupational competence - from start to finish I have had tremendous support and also have learnt so much that will put me in good stead for the future. Many thanks for all guidance advice & support. Highly recommend to anyone considering undertaking this qualification.

We use SDL for all our staff training as they provide an independent and professional service that is very cost effective. This new qualification has been provided under the new QCF standards and is very much focused on work based learning and we are using this more and more as it is more suitable than PTLLs or similar. SDL understand and also can deliver to individuals &/or groups and can work with novice or experienced staff and offer a professional service. Their dedication & knowledege is inspiring and all staff report good things about the team always.

There are so many units that can be chosen to suit the job role and SDL make it easy to follow and guide you through the process at all times. We continue to use this company internally and also promote externally as they really are a pleasure to work with and get the job done! Used SDL for individual qualifications and also for Advanced Apprenticeships - same excellent service & delivery & support no matter which route! Also can do just units if required - no problems in accommodating you.
Assessor has fantastic knowledge and understanding of the qualification & it's structure and also is incredibly supportive at all times - the Directors are also specialists in the field of work-based learning & this is clear in every experience you have. Genuinely without hestitation we recommend SDL - a well kept secret of who to deal with if you want the best for more than just quality, ease of communication & efficiency has just been exposed but don't tell everyone.
