As the days draw in, the kitchen beckons.
We are delighted to welcome to Leiths food writer, teacher and stylist Jennifer Joyce to share some of her favourite winter dishes, such as ’Chicken pot pies with tarragon vinegar, leeks and shallots’, ‘Baked orecchiette with mushrooms, mascarpone and Masala and crisp breadcrumbs’, ‘Swedish meatballs with creamy dill sauce’ and divine ‘Milk chocolate pots with cherries’. This is comfort food at its decadent best.
The day begins with coffee and pastries, followed by a morning of hands-on cooking. At the end of the class, sit down to enjoy a lunch that you have helped to prepare, with a well earned glass of wine.
