Consultancy Skills

Course Aim:
The aim of the workshop is to provide delegates with a range of consultancy approaches, tools and techniques when working with clients and with opportunities to practise them on case studies, live situations and tasks.

Delegates will be asked to complete and return a pre-course questionnaire at least one week in advance of the course. This will help delegates set personal objectives and where possible influence the content in the programme.

  • Manage expectations early on with the client

  • Identify the key ingredients of a proposal for consultancy services

  • Negotiate with clients to establish the boundaries of the assignment and achieve mutual benefit
