As I have been freelancing as a makeup artist for over two years, I felt that my skills were still quite novice or just needed some brushing up.
My lesson with Sumantha was very helpful indeed and I learned a great deal. I was given useful feedback on how I currently apply makeup which I found very useful as I don't receive enough ongoing feedback in my work. She also provided me with other tips/advice on makeup application which I will take with me in future work. A great lesson.

Yes, I got lots out of it and think others will too.
The tutor and staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and relaxed. It was a great venue and most of all I loved learning to make the wire wrapped pieces. In just one day we covered rings, pendants and earrings. I had done some beading before but wire wrapping is quite a different technique and I now feel that I can do so much more with my jewellery making. Oh and the biscuits are lovely too!
Yes. The London Jewellery School is a great place to learn, it has a great atmosphere, the tutor was excellent and their classes are very good value for money.
I have also done a beginners beading class here and in that class I made 7 pieces in one day. I have been to other jewellery classes but found this school to be the best in terms of value for money, teachers experience whilst also being fun. One of the best things is the class sizes there are a maximum of 7 per class which meant we could all have one-on-one time with the tutor.← | → -
I had been looking for a wire wrapping class like this for ages, it was great! The pieces are quite complex but the tutor was very patient and good at explaining and demonstrating all of the techniques. By the end of the day we all had made 3 pieces and I was really excited to continue at home. The class size was nice and small so we each got lots of one-on-one advice. The school was lovely and the staff very friendly and I will be back soon! - Highly Recommended!

I took this course earlier this year...I aimed to learn how to do my own make-up properly and enjoyed it so much (and found I had a nak for it) that I have decided to start getting qualified to work as a make-up artist and hair stylist. I was reallly pleased with the course, Sam is a really friendly and I felt confident because she knew what she was talking about. The thing I liked the most is that she managed to find my strengths and weaknesses and really tailored the course to make sure that I was fully confident. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this course to anyone...

It is one to one and tailored to suit what I wanted out of the course. It is impossible to remember everything because there is so much information to take in but the thing I liked was that Sam gave me a detailed training guide where I made notes which I refer to all the time.
It was very useful because I have spent so much money on make-up but the course made me realise that the money is watsed unless you know how to use it properly, with the right tools.
Definitely - Sam is professional and knowledgable and really knows what she is talking about. I wasn't confident in doing my mascara because I really don't like touching my eyes, but Sam really encouraged me and showed me different techniques.
This course was held at my house on a weekday evening which was great because I haven't found a course which suits my availability and knowing that I don't have to travel anywhere is a bonus after a heavy day at work!
I thought it was really good value for money - compared to how much money I spend on buying myself make-up, it was a real investment learning how to use it properly.← | →

This course was a great overview of the industry. The tutor made the course material even more relevant by drawing on his own high level experience of Business Analysis, and that of others in the group. As the course was completed over a weekend I was able to gain the qualification without taking any time out of the office. The supportive small group setting meant I was able to put new ideas learnt straight into practice in the workplace. My employer was delighted with the results of the course, and the real efficiency gains we were able to achieve after the course. I have since been able to influence the direction of transformation reviews in my organisation to include elements of the Soft Systems Methodology as well as our existing Lean Thinking. The course was great value, much cheaper than hiring in consultants, and the knowledge is now invested within the team.

This particular college not only provide theory training but also practical work experience. and we were given chances to attend many exhibtions and seminars where we can speak to industry people and share experience. we visited many seminars related to airport industry and received lactures from actual managers of airports. the we were trainined is excellent and i dont find any big gap between theory and practical work life← | → -
I studied my Airport Management Diploma from this college and I find all the staff, material excellent. the staff helped me secure a job and now I am successfully working at Singapore Changi Airport.

I have been on other film courses and though they were very good, I enjoyed the hands on aspect of this course from developing a critical eye for the art of film making to the short film segment where what had been learnt is put into practice. Students get to see a professionally edited copy of the film which further enhances learning. I found the course to be a great confidence booster for me and demystified the whole process of making a film. Course materials were adequate and the level was as I had expected and a little more.
I recommend Film Directing 4 Women as a course provider. If you are looking for a great support network of other women film-makers as well as greater confidence in your ability as a film director then this is the course for you. If you are a complete beginner and fresh to film-making and directing this course will suit you down to the ground. The course leader had the most amazing skill of leading us students to recognising our inate creativity, and encouraging enlightening discussion.← | → -

Really enjoyed this course. The teacher was lovely and very professional. The course was inter-active which kept me interested at all times. The handouts have been put together very well. In general the atmosphere was really nice and friendly - and I loved the biscuits!! I would definetly recommend this, in fact I've already booked onto another one in August.

I really enjoyed the Hopi Ear candling course - it is held at a nice location, by a professional & knowledgable teacher. The course itself is easy to follow, as it is well structured, delivered at a nice pace & supported by excellent course material.
I am currently looking into the other courses on offer, would definitely book again!
