Level Two On this course, we will focus on developing and assessing your existing skills. You will already be working as a chef or cook in a vocational setting such as a hotel, restaurant or kitchen and looking to formalise your knowledge and advance your skills. Although a level two course, we will concentrate on the basics of food production to give you a firm foundation in cooking skills and practical know how for working in the industry.
