They paid close attention to the soft skills and the way it was presented was truly commendable. They motivated us throughout the course and it was the real driving factor. Their sessions were fantastic, don't count, no matter how many times I would say, it's less.

I truly enjoyed they showed us the existence separation about psychology and personality because I’ve never realized about that. Understanding not only my personality but the reason why I do some things based in my own psychology was a revelation. One more thing I liked was the tie between my personal time line and the cognitive behavioural therapy you taught us guys. Brilliant sessions.

I attended the Assertiveness and Confidence Building course. All that I wanted to say is that I think all areas were excellent. The Assertiveness and Confidence building programme offered by Stand & Deliver is excellent and is having a positive impact on attendees which is probably as good an outcome as we could have hoped for! I’m very much enjoying the course especially the mix of theory and practice. The trainer is excellent and has developed a good rapport with the group and the team building element of the course is proving very worthwhile as well.

For the first time in probably ever, I took time to look at my psychology and behaviours and how this impacted my personal brand as the leader / ambassador for my company. I have already expressed interest in two of your other short courses!

I attended the Leadership Masterclass with Action and Theory Ltd. I would highly recommed this course. We had an engaging tutor, changing the pace and direction to benefit the audience but still keeping on track. He was a very open-minded person, willing to answering all our questions and he put effort in articulating his responses. Apart from the instructor, the course materials were excellent, easy to follow and well-structured.

The instructor was amazing. He helped us understand how to change our language to match the person/people we communicate with and how to motivate them in a workplace situation. This course will provide you with an indepth understanding of what being assertive really means and help you to put your foot forward on the journey to becoming more assertive.
