I truly enjoyed they showed us the existence separation about psychology and personality because I’ve never realized about that. Understanding not only my personality but the reason why I do some things based in my own psychology was a revelation. One more thing I liked was the tie between my personal time line and the cognitive behavioural therapy you taught us guys. Brilliant sessions.

I attended the Assertiveness and Confidence Building course. All that I wanted to say is that I think all areas were excellent. The practical applications of how to run and develop a mentoring course especially. As for the trainer, she was very accommodating as well as kind, proving further explanations when required. Thanks!

The Assertiveness and Confidence building programme offered by Stand & Deliver is excellent and is having a positive impact on attendees which is probably as good an outcome as we could have hoped for! I’m very much enjoying the course especially the mix of theory and practice. The trainer is excellent and has developed a good rapport with the group and the team building element of the course is proving very worthwhile as well.

We had an engaging tutor, changing the pace and direction to benefit the audience but still keeping on track. He was a very open-minded person, willing to answering all our questions and he put effort in articulating his responses. Apart from the instructor, the course materials were excellent, easy to follow and well-structured.

I did Report writing course with them and it was truly great and especially, trainers were amazing and informative. I wanted more examples as in few reports and case studies, They could have made things better but rest was superb. It's just a suggestion. We all have a room for improvement. I enjoyed the course overall. I would recommend the same to others.

The two days I spent with you in London were so good for me because I could start to understand where the stress was coming from and then using CBT and Mindfulness to address it. Having recently started up my own company, I decided that I needed to brush up on my assertiveness and communication techniques. This course will provide you with an indepth understanding of what being assertive really means and help you to put your foot forward on the journey to becoming more assertive.
