I have attended so many training events but have always gone away feeling that it was a nice distraction but not a lot of value. This program is the exception. For the first time in probably ever, I took time to look at my psychology and behaviours and how this impacted my personal brand as the leader / ambassador for my company. I reached the school and they changed me to another mentor. It worked out that a ton of my work that had been beforehand passed was deficient. My new coach (Kerry) was so useful, she worked enthusiastically with me and bolstered every one of my needs. She was astonishing. The organization, I am told, no longer uses the coaches and online organization that I had issues with. They now do the vast majority of the checking and so on in house, I feel. With all the help I got I would think of them as again later on.
