I am a junior strategist and needed to build my understanding of corporate strategy. My manager recommended Eskil to me as they delivered workshops in Arabic as well as English and I was able to speak to the company before the workshop so that they could tune some of the content for me. They also advised me of certain sources of information that would be useful to me and sent me their workbook in advance that had notes for all of the slides. I felt prepared for the workshop and did not feel uncomfortable. I learnt a lot on the workshop and was able to demonstrate my new knowledge to my manager on my return.

I have been assigned responsibility for looking at the overall strategy of our company, specialising in construction. Eskil gave us an option of different facilitators and we selected a French speaker to deliver four days to us. We completed over twenty exercises designed to build our corporate strategy including branding, positioning, pricing, etc. I really enjoyed the workshop but think we would have benefited from it being two sessions of two days each to give us an opportunity to absorb all the learning. When Eskil completes creating its workshop that also includes elearning, I will be sending my department on this program.

Using a business canvas, you are able to identify the issue, opportunities, pains & gains and the finances before working on a separate stakeholder map. The facilitators helped greatly in showing me how to build my canvas and to educate colleagues.

There are many workshops talking about the strategic aspect of intrapreneurship but I always felt that they were light on detail. The whole series of workshops by Eskil were well constructed, mixing strategy with practical ‘how-to’ approaches. The 3rd day was about the canvas and this, again, had outcomes that justified the time and money invested. I have a structured model for helping colleagues navigate through our organisation including political management, developing the business case, and mentoring the intrapreneur. Very well presented.

Understanding not only my personality but the reason why I do some things based in my own psychology was a revelation. Paid good money yet failed exam, They only rip money from the customer and I won't ever recommend this company to anybody. They are pathetic and so is there customer services. They lost the certificate which I coming after a long battle at least for me. They made the whole experience so worst that I won't forgive them nor will ever use their any course or service in any form. They are good for nothing.

I have attended so many training events but have always gone away feeling that it was a nice distraction but not a lot of value. This program is the exception. For the first time in probably ever, I took time to look at my psychology and behaviours and how this impacted my personal brand as the leader / ambassador for my company. Frustating experience, they charged me more than the other students, my venue was changed without any intimation, no refund was offered. Instructors were late right from the day one. Though I passed the course but I feel Get Licensed is not efficient enough.

Terrible services, not responsible at all. I had not recevied my certificate its almost a year now. I am chasing them but there is no result. They are just wasting time and my efforts that's all I could see. I had enough with all that now. They are of no use at all.

Would not recommend at all. There is a lot that is not aligned here, where do I start from. Extra cost, bad customer services, late revert, no results, venue issues, bad communication. I am very much dissatisfied with the course. I would never ever recommend the same to anyone.
