Our health, energy, well-being, mood and attitude all suffer through eating poor quality food which is nutritionally deficient. It can start with generally feeling not quite right, then with mild illnesses, leading to more serious diseases such as digestive disorders, heart problems, diabetes and cancers.
It can deplete our energy and immune defence system, unbalance our hormones and affect the functioning of our brain and all our bodily systems. When you are stressed, you need the right type of food and drink in your daily diet. It can boost your mood and energy, relieve depression, clear your mind to cope with challenges, prevent long-term illness and increase life expectancy by keeping your heart and body healthy.
