Thoroughly enjoyed this x1 day course - it was informal and informative throughout. What a pleasure to attend - from 09.30 a scrummy welcome breakfast, through to 4pm'ish finish. Having made our own pizza dough for lunch and lots more to go home with. Really enjoyed this whole day. brilliant !! Very much inspired to bake bread at home.
